Terms and Conditions for Idea Warehouse Visa Programmes
 

Tier 1 Innovator Founder Visa
Thank you for choosing Idea Warehouse to assist you with your Innovator Founder visa application in the UK. We are committed to providing you with the best possible support throughout this process. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to ensure a clear understanding of our agreement.
Core Business Ideas Generation:
1.Initial Consultation:
oWe begin by generating core innovative business ideas tailored to your background and interests.
oYou will receive a questionnaire designed to assess your preferences and professional background.
2.Business Ideas Development:
oUpon receiving your completed questionnaire, we will develop three original business ideas within five days.
oYou will review the three ideas and select one to proceed with.

Business Plan Development:
1.Comprehensive Business Plan:
oAfter finalizing a business idea, we will develop a comprehensive business plan meeting the conditions of all endorsing bodies to the best of our ability.
oThe business plan development process typically takes 10-11 days.

Business CV Creation:
1.Detailed Business CV:
oA highly detailed business CV is required to complement the viability of your business.
oThe creation of the business CV will take 3-4 days per applicant.

Endorsement Application:
1.Application Process:
oUpon completing the business plan and business CV, you will need to submit the endorsement application to your endorsing body.
oYou may choose to complete the endorsement application yourself or have us handle this step on your behalf.

Visa Application:
1.Visa Application Filing:
oOnce you have obtained the endorsement certificate, we can proceed with the online visa application process.

Important Points:
1.No Guarantees:
oWe cannot guarantee the final decision made by the endorsing body or the UK Home Office, as it is beyond our control. However, we will do our utmost to maximize your chances of success.
2.Non-Refundable Fees:
oOur fees for the services provided are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the endorsement or visa application process.
3.Payment Terms:
oAll payments for our services must be made in British Pounds (GBP) and should be cleared before the commencement of each respective service.
4.Estimated Timelines:
oThe timeline provided for each service is an estimate. Unforeseen circumstances may cause slight variations.
5.Additional Costs:
oAny additional costs, such as endorsing body fees or visa application fees, are the responsibility of the applicant and will be communicated separately.

Step 1: Registration and CV Development
1.Registration:
oYou register with Idea Warehouse by providing a soft copy of your passport, CV, and utility bill.
2.ATAS Compliant CV:
oWe will develop your ATAS Compliant CV to ensure you get matched with the right job.
3.Assessment Interview:
oYou will receive a free assessment interview and feedback to identify your strengths and weaknesses.
oWe will determine the types of jobs to target based on the assessment.

Step 2: Job Search Service
1.Recruitment Contract:
oAfter the assessment, you will sign a recruitment contract and be onboarded onto the Job Search service.
2.Job Matching:
oWe work via major recruiters and industry-leading platforms to find you a vacancy that matches your CV and career aspirations.

Step 3: Job Offer and Employment Contract
1.Offer Letter:
oOnce you receive an offer letter, you will pay a success fee and then sign the employment contract with your employer.
2.Guidance and Support:
oWe provide guidance throughout each step of the process.

Step 4: Support for ILR
1.Job Termination Support:
oTo ensure you get ILR in 5 years, we will support you if your work contract is terminated for reasons unrelated to your performance.
oYou will be matched with a new job opportunity immediately.

Important Points:
1.Effort and Participation:
oWe can only secure the sponsored job and ILR if you put in the effort into preparations and interviews. This is not a visa purchase service.
